St. Regis Bali invites Spanish Michelin-star Chef Fernando Arellano for an exquisite weekend of fine dining

St. Regis Bali proudly presents a rare Michelin-star dining experience featuring guest chef from Spain, Chef Fernando Perez Arellano, this November 10th to 14th, 2016.

Coming all the way from Spain, Chef Fernando has honed his skills in some of the world’s best restaurants including “Patrick Guilbaud “(Dublin),” Le Gavroche “(London),” Don Alfonso 1890 “(Naples) “Maison Pic” (Valence) and “Can Fabes “(Barcelona), where he gained the experience required to take on his own restaurant. In September 2005, he opened Zaranda in Madrid. Soon, the restaurant grew its fame and now holding the title as a two Michelin-star restaurant. Zaranda was relocated to the five-star Castell son Claret Hotel in the island of Mallorca in 2010.

His expertise and his passion for everything gourmet has made him who he is today. St. Regis Bali is very keen to collaborate with him this mid November. Providing two exquisite venues, Kayuputi and Cloud Nine Terrace, the resort will be offering a 4-day of culinary excellence to its food connoisseurs. This event is also open for public.
